Your locally based, honest Dunedin electrician

Honest advice. Skilled, reliable work.

Honest Electrical is a locally based, reliable Dunedin electrician providing honest, skilled work. We offer professional advice and transparent pricing on every job, backed by more than 15 years of hands-on trade experience.

Fully qualified and specialised in new builds, renovations, heating and ventilation, we keep up with the latest technology, from EV charging stations to power-saving LED solutions, so you get the right fix, not just a quick one.

Every job starts with a straight conversation and a clear quote. No pressure to add on work you don't need, and no dressing up a simple fix to look like a bigger job. If something isn't right, we'll tell you straight, and we'll explain why in plain English before we touch a single wire.

Based in South Dunedin, we cover Dunedin city and the wider Otago region seven days a week, 8am to 5pm. Whether it's an urgent callout or a planned renovation, you get the same tradesperson, the same fair pricing, and the same straight answers every time.
